Benefits Consultants

We are currently looking for Benefits Consultants. Industry experience and expertise is required. The ideal candidate will understand insurance carrier operations and underwriting, employee benefit regulations and compliance and excel in communicating with and caring about the employees of our clients. The candidate will also need the following characteristics:

  • Ability to research issues and filter the findings for the client's consumption
  • Work independently
  • Use a full array of technology software (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, online fax, integrated voice/video/messaging) and devices (PC, mobile, scanning).

We emphasize and monetarily support on-going education and training for all members of our team.
